GDP-6-N3-Fuc

GDP-6-azido-6-deoxy-L-Fucose is a modified sugar nucleotide derivative of L-fucose, where the hydroxyl group at the 6th carbon position of the sugar has been replaced by an azido group (-N₃), and it is linked to guanosine diphosphate (GDP). This derivative is commonly used in chemical biology and glycobiology for metabolic labeling of glycans and studying fucosylation processes in cells.
