Heparin unsaturated disaccharide I-P, sodium salt (ΔI-P) is obtained by N-propionylation of heparin unsaturated disaccharide I-H. It is a homologue of heparin unsaturated disaccharide I-A with the inclusion of a methylene group in the amide acyl group. It does not occur in nature and was devised as an internal standard for HPLC, CZE and CE analysis of heparin/heparin sulfate. It is also ideally suited as an internal standard for HLPC/CZE analysis of chondroitin series, after digestion with chondroitinases.
We provides heparin unsaturated disaccharides for determining 1,6-anhydro derivatives in enoxaparin sodium.
Applications:
Heparin disaccharides are often used with heparinases for determining 1,6-anhydro derivatives in enoxaparin sodium.
