Rhodamine 110 is a chemiluminescent substrate that is used in the detection of peroxidase and catalase. It can be used to detect these enzymes by measuring the amount of light produced when the substrate reacts with hydrogen peroxide. Rhodamine 110 has been shown to have high purity and quality, as well as being a ligand for peroxidases, which are enzymes involved in oxidation reactions. This product has been tested for use with culture media, environmental testing, bioluminescence, staining, fluorescence-based assays, chromogenic substrates (e.g., 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole), enzyme substrates (e.g., NADH), and food testing.
