Cancellation/Refund Policy

We follows a strict Refund Policy that has been made to ensure that you as an Academia/Business user do not have any problems and have a seamless experience.

Cancellations of online ready to deliver order

Cancellation of order can take place by the Website if the the product is not available or does not meet the quality standards as listed.

Customer can immediately call us or contact via email, if you have made a mistake in the order or want to change the order quantity

Custom Order and Service Products

Cancellation of custom order will depend on the agreement between buyer and seller

Returns and Replacements

The Company shall entertain requests for return of products if the buyer complains about the quality and/or the quantity of the product(s) in the order along with sufficient proof of the validity of such complaint within 72 hours from receipt of the order. Once the Company agrees to the return request and approves the same, we shall dispatch a new product free of cost and bear the shipping charges for the same.

Refunds

If the buyer is not satisfied about the quality/quantity of the product(s) in the order along with sufficient proof of the validity of such complaint and does not agree for a return and replacement within 72 hours from receipt of the complaint from buyer, we will take all steps to ensure the refund.

Buyers can reach us at support@glycodepot.com in such occasions to solve the issue, then the Company shall refund the entire amount to the buyer.
Every refund shall be made directly into the bank account of the buyer which the buyer has used to make the payment online and shall be processed within 3 working days from the date of request for refund.
The Company has the sole discretion to assess each case on its own, separately.
