Heparinase III (heparin lyase III) cleaves heparan sulfate exclusively, and does not cleave unfractionated heparin or low molecular weight heparins.
We provides heparinase III for determining 1,6-anhydro derivatives in heparin sodium.
Features:
- Natural enzymes, isolated from Flavobacterium heparinum.
- High purities, without BSA or other protein impurities.
- Superb stabilities, especially for heparinase II.
- Good stability, consistent batch reproducibility and degradation characteristics.
Applications:
Heparinase III is used for heparin analysis, coagulation testing and glycobiology studies.
- For determining 1,6-anhydro derivatives in heparin sodium.
- Degrading of heparin before qPCR experiments for determining the origin of heparin.
- Processing blood samples or other tissues in order to neutralize heparin in routine coagulation testing and thrombelastography (TEG).
- As a research reagent in glycobiology studies, such as preparation of disaccharides of heparan sulfate and the preparation of oligosaccharide libraries.
