Heparinase III, from Flavobacterium Heparinum

Heparinase III (heparin lyase III) cleaves heparan sulfate exclusively, and does not cleave unfractionated heparin or low molecular weight heparins. We provides heparinase III for determining 1,6-anhydro derivatives in heparin sodium. Features: Natural enzymes, isolated from Flavobacterium heparinum. High purities, without BSA or other protein impurities. Superb stabilities, especially for heparinase II. Good stability, consistent batch reproducibility and degradation  characteristics.
